This paper argues that AI “lives in the past” because it depends on previously generated information, whereas human beings “live in the future” through imagination, moral consciousness, creativity, and visionary thinking. Therefore, AI cannot replace human beings; it can only assist them. The study explores philosophical, cultural, ethical, and creative dimensions to establish the irreplaceable role of human consciousness in shaping the future.
