छोटे-छोटे तनाव, बातें या परिस्थितियाँ उसे आसानी से प्रभावित नहीं करतीं। वह धैर्यवान बन जाता है।

अनुभव और समझ गहरी होती है

दुःख हमें जीवन की सच्चाइयों से परिचित कराता है।

हम यह सीखते हैं कि कौन हमारे साथ है, कौन नहीं; कौन-सी आदतें हमें नुकसान पहुँचा रही हैं, और जीवन का असली मूल्य क्या है।

सुख का महत्व दुःख ही सिखाता है

अगर जीवन में कभी दुःख न आए, तो सुख का महत्व कभी समझ में ही न आए।

दुःख हमें यह एहसास कराता है कि खुशी कितनी कीमती है।
